About the Role:
Nteractive is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Consultant to join our global events team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert F&B guidance across multiple projects and events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver memorable culinary experiences through menu and wine selection that meet local and dietary needs, while staying within agreed budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to create creative F&B presentations that articulate the vision and culinary journey.
- Lead and manage all F&B aspects of assigned events, ensuring project documentation is accurate and agreed parameters are met.
- Build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality customer-focused services.
Requirements:
- Significant project management experience at a senior level, with a track record of delivering F&B catering projects to deadlines and budgets.
- Experience in start-to-end project management in the F&B space, including budget and financial management.
- Understanding of menu development and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
