**Job Summary**

MW Appointments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Handler to join our expanding Commercial department in Essex. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of clients' insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various commercial sectors, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on the most suitable insurance solutions.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients, providing timely and effective responses to their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to obtain quotations and negotiate terms that meet clients' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar Commercial Insurance role, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
