Head of Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Operations to join our team at Freedom Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all commercial operations across our UK network.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Oversee the installation, replacement, diversion, and reinforcement of works across our Southern Region, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Staff Management: Effectively plan and utilize staff resources, setting clear goals and expectations to ensure high-quality work delivery.
- Health and Safety: Proactively manage H&S issues and concerns, working closely with Project Management, Design, and Site Management staff to maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Management: Work closely with Project Managers to develop project programmes, ensuring customer requirements are met and project timelines are maintained.
- Resource Management: Proactively report resource concerns and identify creative solutions to maintain project programme.
