Emerging Trends Analyst for Livestream

The Emerging Risks team is dedicated to identifying and assessing new trends and behaviors, as well as the potential safety implications they may pose to our users and platform.
The Product Operations Analyst role serves as a vital link between product strategy and business needs. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Policy, Operations, and other teams to analyze and address growing risks and trends within the Livestream environment.
Your responsibilities will include managing both internal and external escalations, utilizing analytical skills and data to pinpoint key drivers, assess impact, and advocate for effective product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Conduct thorough analyses of emerging risks and trends on Livestream, performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to uncover weaknesses in systems and processes, and develop or implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
2.Oversee internal and external escalations, quantify their impact, coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as Product, Policy, Operations, Engineering, and Modeling, and ensure timely resolution and risk mitigation.
3.Assess early detection methods for risks and trends, aiming to enhance preventative measures against future occurrences.
4.Implement internal operational processes, identify areas of inefficiency, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to streamline workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience in product operations, program management, or analytics.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights and solutions from data.
- Proven logical reasoning capabilities, including experience in deconstructing complex issues.
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet software.
- Experience with platform products such as short video, live broadcasting, e-commerce, and other internet-based platforms.
