About the Role:
The Emerging Risks team at TikTok is responsible for identifying and evaluating new trends and behaviors that may pose safety concerns to our users and platform. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product strategy and business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and mitigate emerging risks, manage internal and external escalations, and drive product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emerging Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of emerging risks and trends on Livestream, identify gaps and loopholes in systems and processes, and develop enforcement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Escalation Management: Manage internal and external escalations, quantify impact, and triage with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution and mitigation of risks.
- Risk Detection and Prevention: Evaluate early detection of risks and trends, and implement strategies to prevent future risks and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in product operations, program management, or insights and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify product and business problems and solutions from data.
- Experience with SQL and spreadsheet software.
- Experience working with a platform product such as short video, live broadcast, e-commerce, and other internet platforms.
