Product Operations Specialist

**About the Team**

The Emerging Risks team is at the forefront of identifying and evaluating new trends and behaviors that may pose safety concerns to our users and platform. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product strategy and business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Risk Analysis and Mitigation**: Analyze and investigate emerging risks and trends on Livestream, conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify gaps and loopholes in systems and processes, and define or implement enforcement strategies to mitigate the risks.
  2. **Escalation Management**: Manage internal and external escalations, quantify the impact and size, triage with relevant stakeholders, and ensure the resolution and mitigation of the risk.
  3. **Early Detection and Prevention**: Evaluate early detection of risks and trends, and improve earlier or prevention of future risks and trends.
  4. **Operational Process Improvement**: Execute internal operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize workflows.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience in product operations, program management, or insights and analytics.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data-oriented, with the ability to identify product and business problems and solutions from data.
  • Demonstrated strong logical thinking ability, including experience in breaking down complex problems.
  • Experience in SQL and spreadsheet software.
  • Experience working with a platform product such as short video, live broadcast, e-commerce, and other Internet platforms.
