The Emerging Risks team is dedicated to identifying and assessing new trends and behaviors that may pose safety challenges to our users and platform.
The Product Operations role serves as a vital link between product strategy and business needs.
Utilizing advanced methodologies, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Policy, Operations, and other departments to assess evolving risks and trends in Livestream.
Your responsibilities will include managing both internal and external escalations, leveraging analytical skills and data to pinpoint key drivers, evaluate impacts, and advocate for product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Investigate and analyze emerging risks and trends on Livestream, performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to uncover gaps and weaknesses in systems and processes, and developing or implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
2.Oversee internal and external escalations, assess the impact and scale, coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as Product, Policy, Operations, Engineering, and Modeling, ensuring effective resolution and risk mitigation.
3.Assess early detection of risks and trends, enhancing the ability to prevent future issues.
4.Implement internal operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product operations, program management, or analytics.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data skills, with the ability to discern product and business challenges and solutions from data.
- Proven logical reasoning abilities, including experience in deconstructing complex issues.
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet applications.
- Experience with platform products such as short video, live streaming, e-commerce, and other internet services.
