We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Profitlink Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the development of our popular franchise in Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quality sales process to deliver good sales results from a strong flow of enquiries.
  • Ensure gold standard CSI results by effectively managing and following up on enquiries.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the motor industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of circa £35,000.
  • A lucrative OTE of £60,000, plus company car, pension, and other group benefits.
