About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the Medtronic business in the UK. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in medical device sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and territory planning
  • Identify and resolve client concerns and develop solutions to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and management
  • Strong business acumen and experience in medical device sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
