Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and well-organised administrator to provide a high-quality service to prospective and current research students, as well as their academic supervisors.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide support for our Graduate School's research students from recruitment through to graduation. This will involve providing administrative support, answering queries, and relaying complex processes and policies to a lay audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to research students and academic supervisors
  • Answer queries and provide information on University policies and procedures
  • Relay complex processes and policies to a lay audience
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a high-quality service
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365
  • A flexible, friendly, and helpful approach
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
