About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our planned maintenance programme in the Edinburgh area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of site personnel and subcontractors to deliver a comprehensive maintenance programme across 1600 residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams, including subcontractors.
  • Collate all pre-construction information, including packs and asbestos surveys.
  • Identify site hazards and ensure risk assessments and control methods are implemented via the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan.
  • Ensure all sites comply with legal and statutory requirements, including health, safety, and welfare regulations.
  • Manage company resources, including company vans and fuel cards.
  • Administer pension schemes for site personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in site management and maintenance programme coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessment procedures.
