We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our planned maintenance programme in the Edinburgh area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of site personnel and subcontractors to deliver a comprehensive maintenance programme across 1600 residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams, including subcontractors.
- Collate all pre-construction information, including packs and asbestos surveys.
- Identify site hazards and ensure risk assessments and control methods are implemented via the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan.
- Ensure all sites comply with legal and statutory requirements, including health, safety, and welfare regulations.
- Manage company resources, including company vans and fuel cards.
- Administer pension schemes for site personnel.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in site management and maintenance programme coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessment procedures.
