Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and well-organised administrator to provide high-quality support to prospective and current research students, as well as their academic supervisors.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our Graduate School's research students from recruitment through to graduation. This will involve providing a range of services, including:

  • Providing administrative support for research students and their supervisors
  • Assisting with the recruitment and admissions process
  • Coordinating student events and activities
  • Providing information and guidance to students and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365
  • A flexible, friendly and helpful approach
  • An ability to relay complex processes and policies to a lay audience
