Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the success of programs by delivering new products on schedule, within budget, and meeting established quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to expedite the market introduction of innovative lab automation products and consumables.
  • Collaborating with the PMO to create and maintain project plans, detailing scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinating with resource managers to effectively allocate resources and provide necessary tools, training, and support for team members.
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and promptly addressing issues as they arise.
  • Facilitating communication across all business functions and teams, including R&D, product management, marketing, sales, manufacturing engineering, and customer support.
  • Working closely with R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with product specifications, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.
  • Implementing and maintaining stringent quality control processes to guarantee product reliability and performance, addressing any quality concerns promptly.
  • Solving complex challenges and steering strategic program execution from concept through to production.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Safeguarding intellectual property by ensuring the proper security of project documentation.

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline.
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project and/or technical leadership experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management within product development, technical industries, manufacturing, and/or research environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving project goals while meeting quality, performance, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including hardware, software, and consumables.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
