Position Overview:

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to architect comprehensive solutions that align with our esteemed Pharmaceutical clients' IT strategies, principles, and standards. Collaborating with fellow architects in the Solutions Architecture domain, your expertise in this area will be crucial. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working within a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:

In your capacity as the Senior Solutions Architect, you will oversee the architecture and design of solutions for our clients' Structured Content Authoring. Your focus will be on late-stage studies aimed at supporting the business objective of AI-Enabled Data, enhancing efficiency, and maximizing data utilization. You will be tasked with analyzing, conceptualizing, designing, and governing across the strategic IT landscape to facilitate business projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a proven track record in consultancy, designing innovative end-to-end solutions that span all IT domains.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in implementing and maintaining business solution architectures within a formal framework relevant to your architecture domain.
  • Prior experience in regulatory-intensive sectors such as Pharmaceuticals or large Supply Chain organizations.
  • Expertise in Content Management and document management, with the ability to decompose documents into components.
  • Strong background in Information Architecture.
  • Experience with document handling platforms, particularly Dokuera.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading change and challenging existing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across both business and IT domains.
  • Familiarity with policies, procedures, and guidelines in a quality-compliant and secure environment.
  • Experience in large-scale solution justification phases, including product evaluation and business case development.
  • Experience in directing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in AWS technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Strong initiative, customer-centric approach, and experience in cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Experience in people development.
  • Relevant architecture certifications, such as TOGAF.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including IT trends and competitive landscape.
