As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our prominent Pharmaceutical clients. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of solution architecture, as you will collaborate with fellow architects to ensure our IT strategies and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will oversee the architectural design and implementation for our clients' Structured Content Authoring projects. Your focus will be on late-stage studies aimed at enhancing AI capabilities and optimizing data utilization. You will be tasked with:

  • Analyzing and conceptualizing innovative solutions across the strategic IT landscape.
  • Designing and governing architecture to support various business initiatives.
  • Leading multi-functional teams to drive change and challenge existing methodologies.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive experience in implementing and maintaining business solution architectures within a formal framework.
  • A background in heavily regulated industries, particularly Pharmaceuticals or large Supply Chain organizations.
  • Expertise in Content Management and document management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Architecture.
  • Experience with document handling platforms, such as Dokuera.
  • A proven track record of influencing stakeholders across business and IT domains.
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience in large-scale solution justification, including product evaluations and business case development.
  • Proficiency in AWS technologies.

Desirable Skills:

Additional skills that would be beneficial include:

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work in cross-cultural environments.
  • Experience in people development and mentorship.
  • Relevant architecture certifications, such as TOGAF.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, including IT trends and competitive dynamics.
