About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Officer to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing governance processes at Board level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert governance advice and guidance to the Board and senior management team
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks and procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of Board meetings and decisions
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports and papers to the Board
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless governance processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar governance role, with a strong understanding of governance principles and practices
  • Excellent agenda management and report writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with some attendance required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
