Role Significance:

The HRBP is tasked with:

  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify how the HR function can fulfill business needs and drive enhancements.
  • Executing the HR strategy for the business in alignment with the overall business strategy and local plans, in close collaboration with stakeholders and client groups.
  • Partnering with client groups to ensure exceptional service and solutions throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Offering expert and proactive advice to line management on people-related issues and supporting leaders with effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to ensure best practice service delivery.
  • Being an integral member of the site leadership team and the OIE HR team.
  • Ensuring that external services are in place, optimized, and providing value (Occupational Health, physiotherapy, etc.).
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency through policies, practices, and approaches in collaboration with other HR colleagues and functions.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience in business partnering
  • HR generalist experience across the entire lifecycle, including Employee Relations and business transformation, ideally within a shared service model
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and thorough knowledge of employment law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, particularly Success Factors HRIS, is desirable.
