About You:

  • Hold a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • possess a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and best practices
  • Be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in partnership with various professionals, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Effectively manage change, prioritizing the needs of service users
  • Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to adhering to necessary safeguards
