Legal Support Assistant

TSR Legal is seeking a highly skilled Legal Support Assistant to join their Commercial Property team. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive business support to the Partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the file opening process for the team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Address administrative and business support needs for fee earners, anticipating their requirements where possible.
- Assist with the preparation of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Draft and format letters, documents, and forms, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Proactively manage diaries for assigned fee earners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- You should have experience in a legal or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of legal administration and case management systems.
- You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- You should have a broad knowledge of administrative tasks within legal practices, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
