About the Role

CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Curriculum Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education and driving innovation in digital skills training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital curriculum that meets the needs of our students, employers, and the region's digital sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of educators and instructional designers to deliver high-quality digital skills training programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans for digital skills training and education.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of our digital curriculum and training programs meets the highest standards, exceeding expectations and aspirations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital skills training, curriculum development, and instructional design principles.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
