CRA Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Curriculum Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Curriculum Development Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital education offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our experienced business support and curriculum teams to design and deliver funded projects and support organisational change.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the transformation of our digital curriculum to position CRA Group LTD as the leading provider of digital skills in the region.
  • Financial Management: Deliver day-to-day financial efficiencies and agreed budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Grow the College in the eyes of our students, our Governors, and employers and stakeholders across the city and the Southwest.
Key Objectives
  • Modernise the Curriculum: Ensure relevance to the emerging digital landscape.
  • Develop Technical Skills: Offer a broad technical skills program to meet the needs of the region's digital sector across AI and machine learning, cyber security, cloud computing, networking, data analytics, web design, software and games development.
  • Implement Essential Skills: Address the digital skills gaps and drive digital equity across the city and wider region.
  • Broaden Apprenticeship Offer: Develop both the traditional apprenticeship offer as well as an increased Higher apprenticeship offer.
  • Culture of Innovation: Develop a culture of innovation and continuous digital evolution to ensure our curriculum and staff are at the forefront of the digital skills agenda.
