Your Role: A Catalyst for Digital Transformation

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across major infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with core engineering teams, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for BIM integration within our Major Infrastructure Projects program.
  • Provide comprehensive BIM expertise and technical support to the engineering team, fostering a culture of digital excellence.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring consistent application of BIM standards and best practices across all phases of construction.

Your Expertise: A Foundation for Success

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in design and construction, coupled with a deep understanding of BIM principles and ISO standards. Your proven experience in implementing BIM processes throughout the entire project lifecycle will be invaluable to our team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of HNC, degree, or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (civil, structural, architectural, MEP, etc.).
  • Professional chartership with a recognized industry institute.
  • Demonstrated expertise in BIM software applications and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Security Clearance:

Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for this role.
