Position Overview:

As a Senior Building Management Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the commissioning of advanced BMS solutions for large-scale projects across various sectors, including Life Sciences and Data Centers. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients on-site throughout all commissioning phases, ensuring seamless execution of project objectives.
  • Oversee commissioning activities, collaborating closely with project management teams and system integrators to align schedules and deliverables.
  • Utilize your expertise in BMS software development and graphics, demonstrating proficiency in platforms such as EcoStruxureTM, NiagaraTridium, Siemens Desigo, and others.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
  • Manage project risks proactively, implementing corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning complex BMS mechanical control systems.
  • Proven track record in software development for BMS, with hands-on experience in various industry-standard platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively within geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
