About the Role

Allied Healthcare is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our global banking partnerships. As the Head of Global Banking Partnerships, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key banking institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and engage with key banking institutions to develop partnerships aligned with our global treasury expansion goals.
  2. Negotiation and Risk Management: Lead negotiations with existing and potential partner banks, securing favorable terms and conditions, and assessing and mitigating risks associated with partner banks.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on banking systems, financial products, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  4. Performance Analysis and Improvement: Collaborate with the Group Treasurer and CFO to analyze partnership performance and recommend strategic improvements.
  5. Project Management: Spearhead projects for onboarding new banks and maintaining current relationships.
  6. Cash Management and Risk Optimization: Design and maintain efficient global cash management structures, optimizing liquidity and minimizing risks.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in a similar role within banking, fintech, financial services, or MNCs.
  2. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  3. In-depth knowledge of banks, EMIs, PSPs, and other financial institutions.
  4. Strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, and global markets.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Goal-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial services.
  8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  9. Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in a startup or change-driven culture.
  2. Established network within the global banking sector.
  3. Demonstrable success in opening banking relationships in multiple jurisdictions.
