Overview
The Business Systems division operates within the Finance and Business Support sector of Route Services. Our team is divided into three specialized groups: Solutions & Training, Development, and Support. This position is part of the Solutions & Training group, dedicated to facilitating the deployment and acceptance of innovative web systems for our clients in Supply Chain Operations and Contracts & Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Lead, your primary duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive training and managing business transformation initiatives related to systems owned by Route Services.
- Overseeing project execution throughout the delivery lifecycle while collaborating with key stakeholders to establish and achieve realistic timelines.
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, collaborating with suppliers and internal development teams to devise solutions that enhance business processes.
- Offering strategic and tactical guidance to various functions regarding business systems to support informed decision-making.
- Managing system testing protocols, ensuring that new and upgraded systems accurately meet business requirements.
- Contributing to the identification and execution of quality and efficiency improvement initiatives to foster continuous enhancement and LEAN methodologies within the organization.
- Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, including user groups, workshops, and feedback sessions to strengthen customer relationships and maintain open communication channels.
- Creating training plans and materials, scheduling, and delivering training sessions for users of Route Services systems, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and access relevant to their roles.
