We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our forward-thinking and vibrant organisation within the Insurance and Financial Services Comparison industry. As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Project Manager will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes, reflecting our ethos of providing accessible and comprehensive financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  5. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
  2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  4. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
  5. Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  6. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  7. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
