The Administrative Support Officer will be an integral part of our esteemed Administration Services Team, which plays a crucial role in supporting the educational and operational functions across our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services to all stakeholders within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Administration team, sharing responsibilities and tasks.
  • Utilize the Management Information System (MIS) for various administrative functions.
  • Manage the cashless payment system utilized by parents.
  • Oversee the archiving process.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, templates, and information for the Trust community.
  • Maintain and process applications for student funding, including bursaries and Pupil Premium.
  • Assist with the management of facility lettings during non-term periods.
  • Engage in training related to organizational and departmental processes.
  • Participate in the Trust's Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Possess a high level of literacy and numeracy (minimum Level 3 qualifications).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be familiar with Microsoft 365.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Show flexibility and resilience in managing daily responsibilities.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and adaptability in managing workloads in a dynamic office environment.
  • Be familiar with or willing to learn the Trust's database and financial systems.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
