Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalizing invoices and credit notes within the financial system
  • Uploading invoices to various client platforms for processing
  • Managing the invoice mailbox and addressing inquiries
  • Coordinating bank transfers
  • Reviewing work-in-progress (WIP) reports following month-end close
  • Collaborating with Fee Earners on WIP older than 90 days to assess billability
  • Ensuring previous month's review comments have been addressed
  • Assisting with WIP write-offs and retrospective WIP to billing allocations
