OPSO RESTAURANT is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our esteemed kitchen brigade. Based in the heart of Marylebone, our restaurant has established itself as a leader in the Modern Greek food scene in London, combining contemporary culinary expertise with traditional Greek hospitality. We pride ourselves on the quality of our cuisine, using only the freshest, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients. As a Chef de Partie, you will be expected to work at the highest level, capable of handling a busy a la carte service. Previous experience and knowledge of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine are highly recommended. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDP to learn and progress alongside our highly awarded head chefs. Our team of senior chefs will provide comprehensive training, and you will have the chance to learn new techniques and methods of cooking. Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
* Adhering to health and safety protocols

We offer a competitive salary, including service charge, overtime paid extra, 28 days paid holiday, and 30% staff discounts for dining across our group's restaurants. You will also receive free freshly cooked meals on duty and an employee referral bonus of £1,000. Our restaurant is easily accessible by local transport, making it an ideal location for those looking for a convenient commute. Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
