Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new export business opportunities with a focus on the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector.
- Execute cold calls to potential customers to acquire new business and onboard new customers for fulfillment of volume and quality agreements.
- Initiate the onboarding process in alignment with the Sales and Customer Care Manager.
- Take pricing decisions in alignment with Trade.
- Create, send, and follow up on proposals and presentations to customers.
- Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers.
- Analyze customers' needs and potential and conclude necessary steps and actions to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer retention/customer care.
- Experience of working/managing existing customer portfolios/pipeline.
- Strong customer and solution orientation.
- Keen to work in teams, strong-willed, and target-oriented.
- Experience in MS Office and CRM System.
- Strong communication skills.
