About the Role

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Non-Executive Directors to join our Board of Directors and contribute to the strategic governance and clinical leadership of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Governance: Provide constructive challenge and support to the Chief Executive and Executive Directors, ensuring effective decision-making and accountability.
  • Clinical Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and joined-up care to our communities.
  • Financial Expertise: Provide assurance on the financial performance of the organization and support the development of financial strategies.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Clinical qualification or sound knowledge of NHS finance

  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance and board-level experience
