Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals for approximately 750 students and staff daily.
- Ensure the timely and efficient service of all meals, adhering to the highest standards of quality.
- Manage the setup, serving, clearing, and cleaning of food service areas, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in food preparation and service.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding food availability and service delays.
- Conduct regular cleaning and hygiene duties to uphold a pristine kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to foster a professional and adaptable work atmosphere.
