About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Park and Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for patrolling public streets and car parks, advising the public on parking options, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrolling public streets and car parks to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and advice to the public on parking options
  • Issuing tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Reporting suspected abandoned vehicles and dealing with enquiries from the public
