Join Atlassian as a Senior Business Process Analyst

Atlassian is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to drive strategic projects and partner directly with our Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will possess business process, systems administration, and analytical skills that will be instrumental in helping the sales team scale globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive projects that impact our customer-facing GTM teams.
  2. Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including BRDs, process flows, and DACIs.
  3. Participate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities.
Requirements:
  1. 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
  2. Experience working in a high-growth, enterprise software company.
  3. Experience with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems.
  4. Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead to cash, and familiarity with how post-sales teams enable, expand, & renew customers.
  5. Experience with common GTM tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Docusign, and Pandadocs.
  6. Familiarity with the key personas involved in complex enterprise software sales motions and their core processes.
  7. Familiarity with quoting & contracting processes.
  8. Familiarity with different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.
  9. Deep experience with Salesforce.com platform, Salesforce certification preferred.
