About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at N Brown. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and ability to learn new systems quickly.
