Martis Search is representing a global Financial Services company to hire a Senior Cash & Stock Reconciliations SME to join their Investment Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cash and share reconciliations, working closely with the Portfolio Administration team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop a target operating model for reconciliations, including working with stakeholders to understand their requirements and implementing tactical changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Investigate reconciliation differences, identify the appropriate individual or team for resolution, and provide expert knowledge of reconciliation systems and their interaction with other systems.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze and present data, and possess in-depth technical knowledge and expertise of key product attributes across product types, including applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in conducting and overseeing transactional reconciliations, with familiarity with different technology solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and data.
  • Expert ability to work under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
