Client Money Administrator - 12 Month FTC

Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Client Money Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers the potential for a permanent position and provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of CASS rules 6 and 10 obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational processing support to the client reconciliations department.
  • Complete daily client money cash reconciliations, maintain and review clients' overdrawn positions, and complete daily deposit cash management calculations.
  • Reconcile margins and stock account positions for derivatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and custodians to rectify breaks and provide support in the clearance of aged breaks.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of client money reconciliation experience.
  • Good grasp of CASS 7.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking firm.
