Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a positive and professional first impression of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure all guests receive a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival
    • Efficiently manage bookings to allocate tables equally across all sections of the restaurant
    • Provide up-to-date and accurate information on our menu and services
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage, train, and lead the reception team to deliver exceptional service
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and guest satisfaction
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure all payment methods are handled efficiently and accurately
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, services, and promotions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Solution-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak service periods
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a charismatic and flair
