Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a positive and professional first impression of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival
- Efficiently manage bookings to allocate tables equally across all sections of the restaurant
- Provide up-to-date and accurate information on our menu and services
- Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and lead the reception team to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and guest satisfaction
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure all payment methods are handled efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, services, and promotions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Solution-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service periods
