About the Role

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic Haven Product Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll design exceptional customer-centric experiences across our digital platforms, working closely with colleagues in Digital.

Your Opportunity
  • Support the design efforts for a Haven product squad, conceptualizing and designing user interfaces across platforms and devices inspired by user needs.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
  • Research, brainstorm, and translate conceptual ideas into engaging, visually rich design solutions.
  • Lead product managers through the visual design element of the product lifecycle, from exploration to final design.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven design experience for large brands, in-house, agency, or freelance.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Some experience with user research and observation, writing research reports, and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Marvel (optional).
  • Broad knowledge and skills in user experience, user interface, visual design, and a solid understanding of available technologies.
