About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic Haven Product Design team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing customer-centric experiences across our digital platforms, working closely with colleagues in Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design efforts for a Haven product squad, conceptualising and designing user interfaces across platforms and devices inspired by user needs
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes
  • Research, brainstorm, and translate conceptual ideas into engaging, visually rich design solutions
  • Lead product managers through the visual design element of the product lifecycle, from exploration to final design
Requirements
  • Proven design experience for large brands, in-house, agency, or freelance
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
  • Some experience with user research and observation, writing research reports, and presenting these to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the use of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Marvel (optional)
  • Broad knowledge and skills in user experience, user interface, visual design, and a solid understanding of available technologies
