About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Haven. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional customer-centric experiences across our digital platforms.

With a strong focus on user-centered design principles, you will work closely with our product managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to design and deliver innovative products that meet our business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-centered products that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore design options and ensure consistency across our digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain our Haven Design System, ensuring its evolution and re-use
  • Lead delivery teams to create exceptional user experiences for web interfaces and applications
  • Mentor and manage junior designers, providing design direction and guidance
  • Support business goals and product KPIs through UX/UI design
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in product design for large brands, in-house, agency, or freelance
  • Experience in mentoring junior designers or the ability to do so
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, web standards, and layouts
