Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Availability to work 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
