We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced residential sales team in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the marketing of high-end properties within the Tunbridge Wells area and beyond. This will include organizing the requirements for our KYC/AML due diligence, coordinating brochure visits with suppliers and clients, and subsequent data input.

With our in-house software for website listing and brochure production, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide an exceptional first impression for customers when handling telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the marketing of properties, including coordinating brochure visits and data input.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Assist with the organization of due diligence requirements and data input.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless marketing and sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local area is desirable but not essential.
