Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in corporate insurance? Do you have a strong academic background and previous working experience in a professional environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Trainee Corporate Insurance Broker.

As a Trainee Corporate Insurance Broker, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and learn the complexities of corporate insurance. You will be responsible for learning about property, liability, motor fleet, financial lines, and cyber insurance, as well as shadowing account executives on client visits. You will also be encouraged to study professional insurance qualifications under the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Our client, a well-established boutique corporate insurance broker, arranges insurance programs for a wide range of commercial organizations. They have a comprehensive training program that allows new recruits to work towards becoming a Corporate Account Executive, a client-facing, external relationship manager who oversees the insurance programs of a portfolio of corporate entities.

As a Trainee Corporate Insurance Broker, you will enjoy a starting salary of up to £30K (negotiable) plus a range of generous company benefits, including a discretionary annual bonus. Once you become an Account Executive, you will be able to command a significant salary, with ACII qualified Account Executives regularly earning £70K+ salaries plus substantial bonuses.
