Our client, a well-established boutique corporate insurance broker, arranges insurance programs for a wide range of commercial organizations. You will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the nuances of insuring corporate organizations and develop strong relationships with clients.
As part of your training, you will start as an Account Handler in an administrative capacity, where you will learn about Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance. You will also have the opportunity to shadow Account Executives on client visits and learn how to negotiate complex renewals and broker new business cases.
We offer a comprehensive training program that allows new recruits to work towards becoming a Corporate Account Executive, a client-facing, external Relationship Manager who oversees the insurance programs of a portfolio of corporate entities. You will be encouraged and fully funded to study professional insurance qualifications under the Chartered Insurance Institute, with the ultimate aim of becoming ACII qualified.
