Job Overview:

Aston Charles is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Corporate Insurance Broker Trainee. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the complex and lucrative area of corporate insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the nuances of insuring corporate organisations
  • Shadow Account Executives on client visits to understand the insurance process and build strong relationships with clients
  • Negotiate complex renewals and effectively broker new business cases
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and insurers
  • Study professional insurance qualifications under the Chartered Insurance Institute

Requirements:

  • Good academic background
  • Previous working experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
