Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Insurance Trainee. As a Trainee, you will work in an administrative capacity, learning the nuances of insuring corporate organizations and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn about various insurance classes, including Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance
  • Shadow Account Executives on client visits to understand the insurance process and build relationships with clients
  • Negotiate complex renewals and new business cases
  • Develop strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Study professional insurance qualifications under the Chartered Insurance Institute

Requirements:

  • Good academic background and previous working experience in a professional environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Desire to move into a client-facing role within the next few years

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary of up to £30K (negotiable)
  • Discretionary annual bonus of up to £3K
