- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. You'll need to be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving business objectives.
As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results and contribute to the success of Butlin's.
