We're looking for a talented Line Chef to join our kitchen team at the Charlie Purley in Bognor Regis. As a Line Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting our kitchen team and growing with our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Support the development of new menu items and dishes
  • Contribute to the success of our kitchen team by providing excellent customer service

As a Line Chef:

  • You'll help to support the kitchen team while growing with our business
  • You'll be passionate about food and know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas
  • You'll keep all areas of the kitchen clean and free of clutter
  • You'll play an important part in maintaining/creating a close-knit team

What Comes Next is Up to You:

We'll support you to complete your Chef development programme with the goal of becoming a Second/Sous Chef.
